Viral marketing encourages recipients to pass on a specific marketing message and is increasing in popularity and success. Moggs has recently helped cable client Draka with a viral marketing campaign.
Emailed out to a large database of recipients, the campaign helped to promote the danger of using ‘rogue cable’ and encouraging people to specify Draka cable, one of the most trusted brands around. It was personalised to the recipient, who then forwarded onto friends and colleagues – it went ‘viral’.
